In order to correctly display the website and to provide visitors with functions that are not unique for registered users, we collect and process some information through cookies (see “Cookies”). Model/Studio account
There are functions and content on our website that are only accessible after registration. For this you can create a Model or Studio account (alternatively: “account”) to get access to the referred parts of the website.
The following information is mandatory:

- A password defined by you,
- An email defined by you,
- Gender.
Registered Models and Studios get access to their profile/account in order to continue registration as a Model or to register Studio Model. To complete or perform this registration, account owner needs to provide:

- Zip / Postal,
- Date of Birth,
- A photo of the identification document,
- A photo of their face made in real time,
- A photo of the Model/Studio Model/Studio owner holding the same document near their face.,

Data that we receive from the photographs is used to identify the person and confirm that they are of the Age of Majority. We treat this information as strictly confidential and do not share it with anybody unless we are legally obliged to comply with applicable laws.
During the registration process, you will be asked to fill in your public profile. Following information is needed in order for you to render services, however, does not need to be accurate as it will be publicly available:
- Display Name,
- Name (name that will be displayed in your public profile),
- Display age,
- Information about you,
- Sexual preferences,
- Ethnicity,
- Primary language,
- Zodiac,
- Physical characteristics,
- Sexual/intimate characteristics,
- Things you can do on webcam (at least five from the list).
We also require your Payment Information:

For Studio registration additional information is needed:

Registration as a Studio gives the owner of the account a possibility to register Model accounts under their Studio (Studio Model). Registration procedure is the same for both types of Model account, however only Studio can register Studio Models.
Camvoltmodels.com website uses the services of third-party identification/verification, including ID Document Verification and Face Recognition. As a result of technically processing this data is considered as processing of biometric data, we need to receive your explicit consent regarding this matter, according to Act 9 (2) (a) GDPR. Legal basis for processing this personal data is Art. 6 (1) (a) — (c) GDPR and in the case of Sensitive Data that allows to draw any conclusions about your sex life, sexual orientation, ethnicity, etc., only with explicit consent in accordance with Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR.
For registered Models and Studios, we use personal data from your account information to send you contractually relevant information about our services, promotions, and news. In addition, you will receive notifications of your activities on camvoltmodels.com, such as notifications of incoming messages, pending requests and promotional information.
Website usage
During the use of our Website, we will collect and process statistical and personal data, including but not limited to:
- Account information,
- Content (photos, videos, texts, etc.),
- Software attributes (streaming app, mobile app, etc.),
- Online time,
- Time spent in chargeable Chat modes (Private, Full Private, Group),
- Correspondence,

The abovementioned procedure is required to prove that the owner of the account is making such requests. In cases where the Model account has a 2-step-authentification enabled, Models can change their payout details by themselves, without providing the photo.
In certain circumstances, we are required by law to transfer and share personal data with third parties. For example, in the context of legal proceedings.
Consent
As part of our legal obligations, we collect and store your given consent to cooperate with Art. 7 (1) GDPR. This includes any permissions, consents or preferences given by you to the website and can be used as proof that any relevant consent was given.
Storage duration
The personal data stored by us will be deleted in accordance with legal requirements. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for the processing purpose, a given consent is revoked or other permissions cease to apply.
